INGREDIENTS
4 verres du lait
½ verre de riz
7 cuillères à soupe de sucre
2 cuillères à soupe d`amidon ( mélangez dans un ½ verre de l`eau )
1 sachet de vanille
250 ml crème fraîche
Une pincée de cannelle pour la décoration
Versez 3 verres d`eau dans une casserole et ajoutez le riz et laissez- le cuire.
Apres versez le lait et le sucre dans une même casserole.
Laissez cuire à feu doux pendant 10 à 15 minutes en remuant de temps en temps.
Apres, versez l’amidon et mélangez bien.
Arrêtez la cuisson, ajoutez la crème fraîche et la vanille.
Apres, mélangez bien.
Apres, mélangez bien.
Servez le riz au lait froid et decorez avec une pincée de canelle.
